On your inspiration, I made the sweet potato recipe for Christmas dinner, except I left off the brown sugar and added lots of chopped garlic. It was so yummy, it is my new favorite way to prepare sweet potatoes!
I was thinking of using coconut flour on the few leftover disks to make fritters...
