This weekend I'm off to Budapest, Hungary! I'm quite excited about this trip as Budapest is a place I've never visited. Everyone has told me that it is very, very beautiful, and I'm looking forward to my train ride through Austria as well.

My family is from Hungary so I was delighted to see you on your way to Budapest. I hope you love it as much as I do!
I spent a month in Hungary this past summer and about 2 weeks in Budapest. Try to go to this wonderful little cafe for pastry... It is on the Buda side, up on Old Castle Hill. It's straight down the St. if you walk out the front door from the Cathedral about a block and a half on the right. I'm sorry I do not remember the name of the place. After following your blog for a bit I have a feeling you like pastry as much as I do :-)! Enjoy your trip!
