Winter in Berlin is well, mostly gray and cold. But at least we had some snow this week to brighten things up, and white is better than gray. This was the view of my courtyard from my kitchen window a couple of days ago.
This morning I walked through the park to find the pond frozen
and the snow full of footsteps and marks from children sledding.
At 8:30 in the morning, daylight is slowly arriving
so I look for spots of color
and even to the graffiti
to make the day more cheerful.

I love graffiti! I often photograph train graffiti and photographed enough trains to fill several galleries! it's been warm this week in Florida!
winter here is about the same as it is there, but probably colder by about 20 degrees. your berlin photos get me excited for my trip! :)
